Prince2 and bespoke
It is essential to manage the inherent risk associated with change and innovation. At Amiran, we have chosen Prince2 project management method (the standard used for all UK government information systems projects). Prince2 embodies many years of good practise in project management and provides a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects.
However, for simple website design, we have our own Web Design Methodology as well, that has worked well for us in the past.
